This place is conveniently located just a short 10-15 minute walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk.

The room was new-fashioned and pet-friendly, but best of all was garden view. The location was magnificent and fantastic, the staff were amiable. It was good to be 1 km away from Jimbo's Quality Seafood, serving short-orders...

Fairly clean place & efficient and cooperative staff who provided exceptional service. Location - amazing, close to sporting fields and Coles, very good indian restaurant and the busiest roundabout in Tamworth that was congested with traffic all through the day and most of the night. Also, close to the shopping center.

The location here is fantastic and really convenient, as it’s just a short distance from the town center. 🌟.

The air conditioning was good and quiet. The tv worked.

The carpet, tablecloth and chair cushions were all dirty. There was a dreadful smell in the shower drain - I had to request bleach/cleaner. The hand basin was dirty, not cleaned for 4 days. I fixed the small glass topped metal table (which would have been better without the dirty table cloth). 1 light bulb broken. Only 2 coat hangers. There were hairs on the pillows. There was no cover on the duvet. The fitted bottom sheet was grey, the rest of the bedding was white. I stayed 4 nights. Sunday was the "day off" so nothing was done at all that day (bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, etc.) - although there was no reduction - it still cost $100 for the night for 1 person without breakfast. My room was close to a roundabout on a main road which meant it was very noisy. On the internet was advertised that the money would not be taken from credit card until after the stay. The whole amount was taken beforehand. I asked for it to be replaced as it was 6 weeks before my stay, this was done. But I lost $30 in the exchange rate. Motel advertises free transfers to/from airport/train station. I came into coach station - they did not know where that was (tourist bureau). On departure I was given a lift to the airport in the filthiest ute imaginable by a man with appalling body odour. There is no way this is 3.5 stars.

Daryl and Monique are very friendly people and very helpful in providing transport whenever we needed it as the motel is little distance from downtown. The room is clean and comfortable.

Could do with a slightly bigger TV.

This venue has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and a fantastic location near a bustling roundabout that's always lively.

Hot water took 20 minutes to come through in morning. Receiption and room stunk of smoke even though rooms were none smoking. For the price I expected higher quality.

The location here is fantastic, making it super easy to get to everything nearby. I stayed in a queen room, which was lovely and came with a balcony. It also had two single beds, which was a nice touch. Plus, I had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge to use. 😊.

Friendly helpful staff and clean, well equipped kitchen in rooms. Free transfer to airport is a big plus. Good value for money, and would recommend this place if you are looking for good clean basic accommodation.

Given it was a last minute booking our expectations were basic. The room was however, comfortable and accommodated 5 adults albeit a little "cosy".

The room was on a main road and was very noisy, necessitating the air con being on constantly. The on line booking we made was not received and we had to pay twice. A week later a reversal has still not been done.

This place had a tidy room with a clean bathroom, plus handy amenities like a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave.
